TEXT MESSAGES AND CONSENT
By subscribing, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages including affirmations, motivation, goal reminders, accountability check-ins, and automated responses such as YES/NO replies and streak updates. Message frequency varies, typically about 2 messages per day. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help.

SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING
Text Me Toned is billed at $5.55 per month and automatically renews each month unless canceled before the next billing cycle. All payments are final and non-refundable except where required by law.

CANCELLATION
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund the current billing period.

NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
Text Me Toned provides motivational and accountability content only and is not medical, mental health, fitness, legal, financial, or other professional advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making decisions about your health, finances, or other matters related to your goals.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK
You choose your own goals. You acknowledge that pursuing any goal, including physical activity, may carry inherent risks, and you voluntarily assume all responsibility for any actions taken based on this service.

NO GUARANTEES
Results are not guaranteed and will vary by individual.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Text Me Toned shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including injury, data loss, missed messages, or service interruptions. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the prior one (1) month.

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Text Me Toned from any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY
Message delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier or technical issues.

COMMUNITY DATA
Any shared user data, such as the number of members completing goals, is aggregated and anonymized.

MODIFICATIONS
We may update these Terms or the service at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
