PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Text Me Toned sends daily goal accountability text messages to subscribers. Each morning you receive a motivational affirmation and a reminder of the goal you set. Each evening you receive a check-in asking whether you stayed on track, which you answer by replying YES or NO.

HOW TO JOIN
You join by entering your own mobile number on the signup form at textmetoned.com and checking the consent box that reads: "Yes, text me my daily goal texts from Text Me Toned (about 2 texts a day). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help."

MESSAGE FREQUENCY
Approximately 2 messages per day. Frequency may vary.

COST
Message and data rates may apply. Text Me Toned does not charge for the messages themselves; your subscription fee is separate and is described in our Terms & Conditions.

HOW TO OPT OUT
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Reply START to rejoin.

HOW TO GET HELP
Reply HELP to any message, or email coach@textmetoned.com.

CARRIERS
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier and technical conditions.
