Text Me Toned ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Your first name, if you provide it at signup.
Your mobile phone number, which you enter yourself on our signup form.
Your responses to our text messages, including YES/NO check-in replies and the goals you set.
Payment information, which is collected and processed by our payment processor. We do not store your full card number.
Basic website usage data collected by our website platform.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

To send you the daily goal and accountability text messages you signed up to receive.
To track your check-in responses and streak count so we can include them in your messages.
To process your subscription payment and manage your membership.
To respond to you if you contact us for support.

TEXT MESSAGING AND YOUR CONSENT

We send text messages only to people who entered their own mobile number on our signup form and checked the SMS consent box. You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except with the messaging service providers we use strictly to deliver your messages.

HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the service, including our website platform, our payment processor, our data storage tools, and our SMS delivery provider. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

DATA RETENTION

We keep your information for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for recordkeeping. You may request deletion at any time.

YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS

Stop texts at any time by replying STOP.
Cancel your subscription at any time.
Request a copy of the information we hold about you, or request that we delete it, by emailing coach@textmetoned.com.

California residents have additional rights under California privacy law, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information.

CHILDREN

Our service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

CHANGES

We may update this policy. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
